Are all day tickets available all year round? |

During the peak summer season, we reserve the right to withdraw All-Day tickets on rainy days due to the fact that part of the attraction is indoors and may become extremely busy. |

Please visit the opening hours page to find out if we are open on the day you wish to visit. You can also call our Information Hotline on 01202 716000 or our reception team on 01202 716123, it can get very busy, so please use our hotline where possible or the website. |

Can I bring my own food into Splashdown? |
|
All food consumed within the facility must be purchased from our Keylargo Cafe. |

Can I have a refund if I am ejected from the attraction? |
|
If a customer breaches any of the safety rules, they are given a number of warnings before being asked to leave. For the safety of yourselves and other customers, if Splashdown see you to have disregarded the warnings, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without a refund. |

Can I wear a TShirt in the water? |
|
Splashdown have a strict policy of not allowing sliders to wear T-shirts within the facility. Wearing a T-shirt on a ride will slow you down within a flume and possible cause a collision with another slider. |

Can I wear cut-off jeans? |
|
No. Jeans usually have small metal buttons on the material which can cause damage to the rides. |
|
|
Can I wear glasses in Splashdown? |
|
Glasses cannot be worn as they complicate impact type injuries. Also, when they are lost rides have to be closed to retrieve them. |

Due to Health & Safety Regulations, we will usually advise against wearing goggles. However, we are aware that some people need to wear them. In this instance, we will ask the customer (or parent / guardian if under 18) to sign a disclaimer form. |

Jewellery should not be worn especially looped or loose items as they can damage the flumes, cause injury and are easily lost. |
|

Can my child wear arm-bands? |
|
Yes, young children are allowed to wear arm bands. |
|

Do you have lockers and how much do they cost? |
|
Splashdown do provide lockers within the changing areas. The lockers take a 1.00GBP coin and there is a change machine situated before entering the changing area. The locker cost will be refunded when you insert your key back into the locker. |

How many people does a family ticket cover? |
|
A family ticket covers admission for four people. There must be at least one adult over the age of 18 within each family ticket. However, you can still add family members. |

How much does a group leader need to pay? |
|
One group leader will be admitted free of charge for every 20 people within a group. However, Group Leaders will be asked to pay the GBP20.00 deposit for their group's wristbands. We will ask them to take responsibility for the safe return of all wristbands, any that are not returned will be deducted from the deposit (GBP 2.00) per wristband. |

How much is it for children? |
|
All children over the age of 5 are charged the normal admission rate. All children under 5 are charged a reduced rate. Please visit the prices page for further details. |

Students - I don't have my NUS Card, can I still have a student rate? |
|
Sorry, you must have your NUS Card when paying to receive a discount - please show your card prior to paying to get your reduced entry fee. Please note that the student rate is only available for a 2 hour session. |

What age can the children go into the water by themselves? |
|
The minimum age that a child can go into the water unaccompanied, is 9 years old. |

What is the busiest time of day? |
|
Splashdown's peak hours are usually between 12pm and 5pm. |
